Same Criminal Duo Strikes Again!

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - They had to put in overtime for this one. The guy getting the stamp tonight did everything he could to avoid it. That includes, escaping from the back seat of a deputy's car. That was Tuesday night. He was caught again Wednesday. He is Keith Allen Sharp. We ran him on Crimestoppers last week. Craighead County investigators say he was part of a duo that was forging checks at the Paragould Wal-Mart that were stolen from a home in Craighead County. Last week, we stamped his accomplice, April Watkins Calvert. Now, we close the book on these two with stamp number two

It's a rerun of sorts in our crime of the week. A couple days ago we showed you these two suspects. They were caught on tape at A-T&T stealing some high end cell phones. Turns out, it was just the beginning of their day. Later that same afternoon, they were caught on tape at Radio Shack in the mall doing some more thievery. The cops say they got a Sony Vaio laptop and some Magellan GPS devices. The footage is grainy, but you can make out the man in the red coat putting something in his pocket right before he leaves the store. Jonesboro Police are asking you to be on the lookout for this pair of suspected thieves. Remember the coat of one of these suspects, it stands out. If you have any information on these crimes, call crimestoppers 935-STOP.
