No arrests have been made following a shooting on the ASU campus that left a student with a minor injury.  Police would not comment on the case, but A-State spokesman Tom Moore said no arrests had been made yet and police are still investigating the incident.  According to Moore, a bullet or a piece of gravel apparently ricocheted in a campus parking lot and hit Alfred Louis in the left leg.  He was treated and released the same day.

An Arkansas pastor is dead after being stabbed by his brother, according to authorities.  It happened near a shed by Dennis Brassfield's home in Dumas Friday.  Authorities say Dennis and Bobby Brassfield, his brother of Stuttgart, were arguing over money when Dennis allegedly stabbed Bobby.  Bobby later died at Jefferson Region Medical Center.  Dennis is being held on murder charges.

A state prosecutor says if Kenneth Osburn is awarded a new trial, he could face the death penalty if convicted of killing Casey Crowder back in 2006.  Osburn was convicted of murdering the 17-year old after she ran out of gas near Dumas.  Attorneys now want a new trial because they say jurors had already made up their minds before proceedings began.
