McFadden Fight Lands $500 Fine for Little Rock Bar

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Arkansas regulators say a Little Rock nightclub that admitted Heisman Trophy runner-up Darren McFadden although he was under-age will face a $500 fine.

Alcoholic Beverage Control Director Michael Langley said Ernie Biggs piano bar escaped a possible suspension of its liquor license because bar owners were honest about letting the 20-year-old tailback inside early January 10.

McFadden, who played for Arkansas and turned pro in January, was not arrested but was handcuffed briefly.  He and at least four others were at the bar when the disturbance broke out.  Police said a bouncer was hit in the face, but a police report didn't say by whom.
