"Missing Person" Found Stealing At Wal-Mart

Two weeks ago Larry Joe Garrett was delcared a missing person by police. He was last seen in Little Rock after borrowing a friend's car. Now, Larry Joe Garrett and that car have shown up in Jonesboro.

Police say he's stealing TVS from Wal-Mart, and he has an accomplice. Police say that's Garrett on the left, and he's working with the man on the right. JPD and Wal-Mart loss prevention say this video shows them loading up a $700 flatscreen and walking right out the front door with it.

Later that same day, Garrett and his accomplice come back and try to get another one. This time, loss prevention stops them before they can get the TV out the door but Garrett and his friend get away. Garrett was also spotted at the Wal-Mart in Trumann trying the same thing. In this snapshot, he is wearing glasses.

I mentioned the car because it kind of sticks out.  It's a white Buick Century with a hubcap missing.
