Poplar Bluff Man Hits it Big in Missouri Lottery

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT) - A Poplar Bluff man will become the third instant millionaire in one month from the Missouri Lotter's '$4 Million Cash Bonanza' Scratchers game.  Brent House, 33, claimed the second of sixteen $1 million prizes on Tuesday.

"There's no words to describe it," he said of his good luck.

House made a "normal stop" at the Mini-T Food Mart on Hwy. 67 in Poplar Bluff on Friday.  He purchased one $20 '4 Million Dollar Cash Bonanza' ticket and scratched it off in his truck.  He said he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the $1 million second-level prize.  "I went numb," said House.

House, who owns a parking lot sweeping business, plans to use some of his prize money to pay off bills.

"I'm going to enjoy life and not worry so much," he said.
