NEWTON CO - THREE (3) VEHICLES CONFIRMED SWEPT DOWN THE BUFFALO RIVER. 

STONE CO - ONE (1) MAN MISSING.  HIS VEHICLE WAS FOUND AT 263 NORTH AT TIMBO.  SAR IS UNDERWAY BUT IS LIMITED DUE TO DANGEROUS CONDITION OF WATERWAYS.

WASHINGTON CO - aN EMPTY vehicle WAS FOUND underwater in West Fork.  search UNDERWAY.

BAXTER CO - ONE (1) FAMILY WAS EVACUATED FROM THEIR HOME.  TWENTY (20) FAMILIES and SEVEN (7) campers FROM BUFFALO CITY HAVE BEEN EVACUATED. 

BOONE CO - 15 INDIVIDUALS EVACUATED

CARROLL CO - OCCUPANTS OF SIX HOMES SELF EVACUATED 03-20-08/1637 HRS

CRAIGHEAD CO - iN Jonesboro, One (1) family was evacuated at Kirkwood and James St. sheltered at a local Motel.

CROSS C0 - RESIDENTS EVACUATED FROM AN UNINHABITABLE HOME IN WYNNE. 

FULTON CO - UNKNOWN NUMBER OF FAMILIES EVACUATED AROUND SPRING RIVER, MAMMOTH SPRINGS, AREA SOUTH OF HARDY AT SADLER SPRINGS. 

INDEPENDENCE CO - FIFTY TO ONE HUNDRED (50-100) PEOPLE EVACUATED IN THE OIL TROUGH AREA.  SENIOR CITIZENS EVACUATED FROM HOMES ON THE WEST SIDE OF BATESVILLE. 3/19/08 1613, 11:37 - 03/22/2008

IZARD CO - SEVEN (7) ADULTS AND TWO (2) CHILDREN HAVE BEEN EVACUATED.

JACKSON CO - 8 HOMES HAVE BEEN EVACUATED ON HWY 14

LAWRENCE CO - TEN TO TWENTY (10-20) HOMES IN IMBODEN HAVE BEEN EVACUATED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. 

MADISON CO - THERE IS A PARTIAL EVACUATION OF THE TOWN OF ST. PAUL.

NEWTON CO - ELEVEN (11) HOMES EVACUATED 03/21/08 1510

PRAIRIE CO - Flash Flood Warning to be issued FOR PRAIRIE County for the next 6 hours. The communities of Little Dixie, Beulah and Sandhill could possibly be affected. 0905 3/25/08   LOOKING AT EVACUATING LUMAS LANDING, SOUTH OF DEVALLS BLUFF. MAY HAVE TO ALSO EVACUATE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY. 03/24/08 0930

SEARCY CO - PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO GET OUT OF 25-30 homes in the area of 27 S along Bear Creek  03/21/08 0743 HRS

SHARP CO - HARDY CITY HALL AND DOWNTOWN EVACUATED.  FIVE (5) HOUSES HAVE BEEN DESTROYED.  LOWBURG PARK HAS BEEN EVACUATED AND THE SPRING RIVER PARK (TRAVEL TRAILER PARKS) ALONG THE SPRING RIVER DUE TO RISING WATER LEVELS.

POPE CO - ONE (1) HOME DESTROYED, UNKNOWN NUMBER OF HOMES DAMAGED 03/20/08 SJH POPE COUNTY REPORTS THAT THERE IS AN UNKNOWN NUMBER OF HOMES AFFECTED. ONE HOME FLOATED AWAY IN THE SCOTTSVILLE AREA (ILLINOIS BAYOU). 12:51 - 03/22/2008

SCOTT CO - NUMEROUS HOMES ARE REPORTED DAMAGED.  ALONG HINKLE DAM ROAD, A MOBILE HOME HAS BEEN MOVED OFF ITS FOUNDATION.  REPORT OF A TREE HAS FALLEN ONTO A HOUSE. Hon Community major damages to numerous homes, roof damages, trees down and vehicle damages.  Bates Community reports of damaged homes, downed trees, impassable roads and power lines down.  Cothren Community reports of damaged homes, downed trees, impassable roads and power lines down.

FRANKLIN CO - COURTHOUSE AT CHARLESTON FLOODED, CHARLESTON CITY EQUIPMENT SHED DESTROYED

SHARP CO - THE VILLAGE SINCLAIR AT 1 SANTNEE DR IN CHEROKEE VILLAGE HAS FUEL TANKS FLOATING OUT OF THE GROUND.  EPA IS BEING NOTIFIED, BUT THERE ARE NO HAZMAT ISSUES AT THIS TIME.  ADEQ REPORTED THAT THE TANKS ARE 2/3 TO 3/4 OUT OF THE GROUND.  THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY FLOATING AWAY.  THE OWNER HS BEEN GIVEN CONTACT NAMES TO COME CLEAN UP THE SPILL AND RESET THE TANKS.

BOONE CO - DIAMOND  CITY PUBLIC WORKS REPORTS A SEWER SPILL OCCURRED IN TWO LOCATIONS - ONE (1) ON CIRCLE DRIVE AND ONE (1) ON EAST HAZELWOOD.  SPILL OCCURRED IN A NON-PUBLIC AREA AND BEGAN YESTERDAY AND WAS REPAIRED TODAY.  NO VISIBLE SOLIDS SPILLED; THE AREA HAS BEEN LIMED;

GREENE CO - UTILITY POLES REPORTED BLOWN DOWN IN PARAGOULD.  TREES AND POWER LINES ARE DOWN IN THE COMMUNITY OF CENTER HILL.

MADISON CO - POWER RESTORED.  THERE IS A BOILE ORDER IN EFFECT IN AREAS NEAR MT OLIVE 3-21-08 0841 3-21-08 1412 -

MISSISSIPPI CO - power outages in parts of Blytheville and the towns of Dell and Gosnell.  One (1) street in Manila is without power.  MOST OF POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED.

PRAIRIE CO - A REQUEST WAS MADE BY THE LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGER FOR AN EAS MESSAGE TO BE SENT ABOUT TO TELL CITIZENS THAT ELECTRIC METERS BE PULLED FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.

SEARCY CO - THE BURST MAIN WATER LINE INTO LESLIE IS TEMPORARILY FIXED.  REPAIR TO MAIN WATER LINE IS BEING MONITORED. BOIL ORDER FOR LESLIE

SEBASTIAN CO - POWER OUTAGES IN THE MIDLAND AND HACKETT AREAS DUE TO HIGH WINDS
