POCAHONTAS, AR (KAIT) - Saturday kicks of 22 years of having fun down on the farm with the Good Earth Association.
It's a non-profit organization that has put on the event with the help of volunteers and their community.
Don Waterworth says this year might be a little muddy with all the flooding they've had in Randolph Co. but they'll still try to get in the Horse/Tractor Plow.
Events for this weekend include a Tractor Race, Tractor Trail Road, Grist Mill Operation and horse tractor plowing. The Corning Food Wagon will be there and then we have a number of bands which will be playing country/western and gospel. Fishing and horseshoes will be available for those with an interest. At the close of day the Dutch Oven Master will cook a meal for those who bring the mixings- good food and lots of fun.
So how do you get to the fun? It's at the Kilo vista site. Burdell, Randolph Co- 7 Miles east of Pocahontas, Arkansas off of US Hwy 62.
