Bench Warrant Issued for Jonesboro Snatch & Grab Suspect

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)- Jonesboro police are searching for a man identified as a suspect in the "snatch & grab" style thefts that have occured recently at some Jonesboro businesses.

Police say 34-year-old Karlis Williams is charged with breaking & entering, theft of property, theft of a credit card, theft of a motor vehicle, second degree forgery, and robbery. 

The suspect is described as a black male, 5-feet-10 inches tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds.  He was last seen driving a stolen 1999 red Ford Taurus, with Arkansas license tags 162 LSL. 

Police say Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.
