Craig Rickert Reports...

She Could Have Done the Right Thing, But She Didn't!

Kum and Go on North Church Kum and Go on North Church

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - She had a chance to be a good samaritan.  Instead, she's on Crimestoppers.

At my house, my 4-year-old would be told that's a bad choice.

We have the video from the Kum and Go on North Church.  It was here a man left his wallet behind.  Right after he walks out the door, our suspect comes to the counter and notices the wallet.  She even turns to watch as the victim heads back to his truck to leave.

At one point, she goes to get something else from the store.  The wallet is still there.  When she gets to the counter, watch how she puts her elbow on the wallet and smoothly takes it out of the store with her.

Police say she didn't use any of the credit cards.  They believe she only took the cash.  Either way, it's a felony.  Jonesboro police want you to take one more look at our suspect in this theft. The clerk says she's in the store a lot so they believe she is from Jonesboro.  If you know who she is, call Crimestoppers today, 935-STOP.

No arrests this week, so let's move on to warrant watch.

Johnny B. Bailey Jr starts us up with his 11 warrants:

  • 1 failure to appear.
  • 7 non-payment of fines.
  • 3 revocation of probation warrants out of JPD.

Ryan Heath Price is apparently bouncing a lot of checks.  He has:

  • 11 hot check warrants out of JPD.

Where are Ryan Heath Price and Johnny B. Bailey?  That's what police want to know.  If you have that info, get paid for it.

Call Crimestoppers right now, 935-STOP(7867).

Calling that number will get you a tip number.  Keep it and keep watching Crimestoppers.  If you see your suspect get the stamp, call or email Sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD and tell him your tip number.  He'll tell you how to get your cash.  It's that easy.  Give them a call, and remember, when you see crime, call Crimestoppers, 935-STOP.
