Living Longer

Want to live longer? It's all in the attitude. The journal of personality and social psychology is reporting that people with a positive view about aging lived an average of 7.6 years longer than those with negative views. Researchers claim a good attitude is even more important than low blood pressure, low cholesterol, weight and healthy lifestyle. The study began 23 years ago with a survey asking people 50 years old and older their views on aging.
