Greene Co. Man Faces Murder Charges

Later today, Heath Banks of Paragould, accused of killing another man back in July, will appear before a judge to answer his charges.

Banks is charged with capital murder and aggravated assault in the death of 27-year old Jason Clinton.

Paragould police say they found clinton shot to death at a house on south sixth avenue.

Police say witnesses identified Banks as the shooter, and he later turned himself in at the Greene County Sheriff's Office.

Committees Formed to Fight Illegal Drug Use in Craighead Co.

Education, Media Awareness, Political, Legal, Support, and Oversight are the 6 committees formed by Attorney Skip Mooney, Jr.
