LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT) - We now know the name of the man who killed Arkansas Democratic Chairman Bill Gwatney.
50-year-old Timothy Johnson, of Searcy, shot Gwatney yesterday at the Arkansas Democratic Headquarters.
Witnesses say that Johnson entered the headquarters, introduced himself to Gwatney and then shot him three times.
Johnson then drove off leading Little Rock police in a 30-mile high speed chase until he was gunned down by the officers.
Police still have no reason for why Johnson shot Gwatney.
