Two More Huge Stamps!

Jonesboro--Crimestoppers is on a roll my friends. Tonight, two huge stamps. The first, you may have heard about. Last week, we showed you this picture of a man robbing the Hay's on Gee street. Within two hours of our story, he was arrested.  JPD says Rodney Eason is that man. He is charged with aggravated robbery.

This next one is one of the biggest busts we've ever had. We recently showed you this security video of a burglary at Rent One in Jonesboro. The bad guys in this bust got over $15,000 in electronics. This week, one of them is getting the stamp. JPD says the guy who didn't cover his face is Jerry Jerome Jackson. He has been charged with commercial burglary and theft over $2500.

His accomplice is a Crimestoppers frequent flyer. JPD says Prince Kelton Smith is the other suspect. Smith was just on Crimestoppers last week for a bench warrant for running away from his work release. Now, you can add a bench warrant for the Rent One job. There was already a $500 reward for him. That was before JPD named him a suspect in the Rent One crime. That price tag is sure to go up.

If you know where he is, call Crimestoppers 935-STOP.

Big numbers on Warrant Watch this week. Anthony L. Hale has 9 wararnts. 5 revocation of probation and 4 non payment of fines. That's nothing compared to Sherman L. Hare. This guy had a birthday about two weeks ago, now he's on Crimestoppers for his 18 non payment of fines warrants.

Tipping off police on either one of them is worth money. If you know where either Anthony Hale or Sherman Hare is call Crimestoppers 935-STOP. Calling that number will get you a tip number. Keep it and keep watching Crimestoppers. If you see your suspect get the stamp, call or email sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD and tell him your tip number. He'll tell you how to get your cash. It's that easy. Give them a call, and remember, when you see crime, call Crimestoppers, 935-STOP.
