JETS to Continue Bus Service to Red Wolf Games

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - After experiencing an encouraging response to initial efforts to provide transportation for Arkansas State University football fans seeking to avoid the hassles of driving in congested traffic and finding parking near ASU Stadium, the Jonesboro Economical Transit System announced today that it will provide bus service from downtown Jonesboro to ASU Stadium for the remaining three '08 home Red Wolf football games.

JETS service for this Saturday's homecoming contest against Middle Tennessee will begin at 3 p.m. from the city's parking lot at the corner of Cate and Church Streets downtown, and will continue every half-hour until just prior to the 6 p.m. kick-off.  The last JETS buses will load at the downtown lot at 5:30 p.m.

The cost for using JETS for the roundtrip is $2.

More information is available by calling 935-5387.
