New Bath House to Open at Craighead Forest

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A new bath house has been completed for the campground at Craighead Forest Park in Jonesboro.  The facility is located at the campground at Access Road #4 within the park.

Funding for the facility was acquired through a matching grant provided by Arkansas Parks & Tourism.  "Quality bathrooms are critical to a good reputation of a park and a campground.  The new bath house at Craighead Forest Park campground will be a feature that will make the campground more attractive to campers," said Parks Director Jason Wilkie.

A grand opening ceremony for the facility is set for 1:30 p.m. on October 9.
