Wanna Dance? Vote for Yalanda Young Here!

The Finale is Fast Approaching... Tuesday, Nov. 18th, Valley View Fine Arts Center, 7 pm.

The hard work, sore muscles, and aching feet... it all paid off as all of the dancers have now hit the stage in this year's Wanna Dance Competition.

GMR8 and Midday anchor, Yalanda Young, will be dancing to the samba with her partner Jonathan Adams, of Ocassions Magazine.

If you want to vote for Yalanda and Jonathan Click Here or call 870-933-9939 or 870-336-1868.

"When we first met with our dance coach, Michael Guenther, we said, give us something easy but upbeat. So, he gave us the samba. But after two weeks of practice and we were still not getting it, he said it was one of the hardest dances to learn."

There are 14 couples and each are paired with a dance instructor. They have 3 weeks to learn their dance before their first performance. On Nov. 18th, all the couples will dance in the Finale at the Valley View Fine Arts Building at 7 p.m. You can make your votes until the Finale on the 18th.

"It's really all about helping the Woman's Discovery Center. It's a great organization that we just couldn't say no too. It's going to be a great night, we've got some suprises for you... you won't be dissapointed."

Voting can be by cash or check at each venue or to the dancer.  Votes may be cast at Heritage Bank on Brown's Lane, but be sure the check is designated for the couple of choice.

Voting may be done by credit/debit card in person or by phone at The Woman's Discovery Center, 1413A Market Place Drive, 870-933-9939.
