Police investigating fatal shooting at E. Tennessee Wal-Mart

ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a 19-year-old man has been added to its Top 10 Most Wanted List in the shooting death of another man in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Ronald Eugene Brewer was added to the list Friday, according to the Knoxville News-Sentinel.

Authorities said a gunman fired a rifle shot from the rooftop of a carwash overlooking the parking lot into a crowd of 10 to 15 young adults and juveniles Tuesday evening.

Eighteen-year-old Jackson Sellers suffered a single gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

A second man, 22-year-old Travis Lee Goins, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder by criminal responsibility for conduct of another.
