3rd Annual Chamber Showcase Expo Draws Big Crowd

Paragould, AR (KAIT) -- 79 booths filled the Paragould Community Center on Thursday  as dozens of businesses in Paragould showed off what they had to offer.  The Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted the 3rd annual Chamber Showcase Expo. Not only does it give business owners the chance to network, it gives residents the chance to see what Paragould has to offer. Paragould businesswoman, Patty Garner, is a first year chamber member. She used this opportunity to advertise her downtown business.

"I have a business downtown, so it's important to me because we are big on trying to rebuild Main street. We're trying to get everyone to come back downtown and go shopping. I just try to let everyone know where we are and that it's a great place to come," said Garner.

The chamber also encouraged high school seniors to attend so they could see some of the job opportunities available in Paragould.

The expo was a one day event.
