Temperatures will drop a little over the next couple of days, but we will be dry. Gradual warming will take place later in the week as southerly winds increase. Highs will be near 70 ahead of our next storm system. The next big impact comes this weekend. A warm front on Friday will spark a few showers, but most of us stay dry. Saturday, a cold front will sweep across Region 8 and will provide a couple of hours of showers and thunderstorms. At this time, widespread severe weather is not expected, but the storm does need to be watched. About 0.50″ of rainfall is expected. Drier and much cooler air arrives for Sunday.
