Timer lid medicine bottles available at Greene Co. Sheriff’s Department

GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Medicine bottles with a built-in timer in the lid are available in limited supply at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department dispatch window.

According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, the timer on the lid lets you know how long it has been since you last opened the bottle.

The bottle resets every time it is opened and can be helpful, if someone cannot remember if they took their medication on a certain day.

The bottles were made available to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department by The Crowley’s Ridge Development Council Regional Prevention Programs.
