Four arrested in home invasion

SALEM, AR (KAIT) - Salem police arrested four people, including a juvenile, suspected in a recent armed home invasion.

The alleged incident occurred on Jan. 2. The victim told police three men wearing masks and armed with a gun entered his home on Pickren Street.

One of the suspects hit the homeowner and made him get on his knees while the others went through the home, looking for items, according to a news release.

The following day police arrested two suspects on probable cause. On Jan. 4, officers arrested two more.

Those arrested included:

  • Zachary James Lee Parrish, 19, of Salem 
  • Ashley Dawn Ladd, 21, of Williford
  • Cheyenne Devante Paige, 26, of Williford
  • 17-year-old juvenile of Hardy

All are charged with aggravated residential burglary, a Class Y felony.

Chief Shad Overman said all but the juvenile are being held in the Fulton County Detention Center in lieu of a $100,000 cash bond.
