BLYTHEVILLE, AR (KAIT) - Three people are in custody in connection to a shooting involving a 19-year-old in Blytheville.

Blytheville Police Department CID Commander Lt. John Frazier said the man was treated for a gunshot wound Thursday at Great River Medical Center.

The man told officers he was in the 300-block of N. Hollywood Ave., meeting Eddie Starks Jr. when two unknown individuals approached his vehicle and shot him.

Frazier said on Friday that detectives obtained warrants for Starks, Jermain Penney, and two juveniles.

Starks, Penney, and one juvenile are in custody at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
