Man accused of threatening witness in criminal case

PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) - A Paragould man is accused of threatening a “victim/witnesses” in a criminal case.

The probable cause affidavit states that on March 22, Dakota Garrison allegedly sent messages threatening both the “victim/witness” and his family.

One of the messages read “I will f**k your whole family life up that’s on da gang lil b***h.”

A detective interviewed Garrison on April 19, during which time he allegedly gave incriminating statement.

A judge found probable cause to charge Garrison with intimidating a witness.

He was given an $10,000 cash only bond.

It is unclear which investigation is being referenced in this incident.
