Cardinals third baseman Fernando Tatis hit two grand slams in the same inning while playing at Dodger Stadium. The pitcher was Chan Ho Park.

MLB cited the Baseball Reference, according to which there have been nearly 3.9 million innings pitched over 144 seasons of Major League history. And in only one of those has the same player hit two slams.
