BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. (KAIT) -First, they forced their way into his home.
Then, they attacked him, and as if that wasn’t bad enough, they robbed him, Blytheville police said Friday.
According to a press release, officers with the Blytheville Police Department headed to the Great River Medical Center on May 16.
The report stated when officers arrived, they spoke to 60-year-old Ray Jones who was receiving medical treatment for injuries.
Jones told officers that two offenders wearing bandannas had entered his home on the 2200 block of Chickasawba, where they assaulted him and took his wallet.
Officers then headed to Jones’ address and discovered what appeared to be forced entry into the home.
Jones was treated and released for his injuries.
