MEMPHIS, Tenn. (KAIT) - Eric Musselman was across the river this evening. He headlined the Memphis/East Arkansas Razorback Club spring banquet.
Musselman was hired in April to take over the men’s basketball program. He’s signed several transfers along with working out the current Razorback roster.
Here’s his take on the state of Hog hoops.
“Busy. But it’s been fun. You know we’ve jumped right into recruiting our own players and had a few practices with them. They’re home right now for a little bit of a vacation before we start summer school on Tuesday. And we’ll get back to work and some of our new players will be signed and coming and joining us as well. No it’s been good. You know we only had seven practices where we got together. The guys have been great. You know we got a lot of stuff we want to try to get done on the floor, but just as importantly, stuff off of the floor. We got to try to create some team bonding things and get to know each other off of the court is as important as the x and o stuff.”
