BAUXITE, Ark. (KAIT/KATV) - A former Bauxite baseball player pleaded no contest Tuesday to third-degree assault and hazing.

Lorenz Fehrenbacher made the plea after a sexual assault and hazing investigation.

Little Rock television station KATV reports that Fehrenbacher must also pay fees and fines.

Court documents show that a third-degree battery charge was not prosecuted, per the state.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victims or their families.

Gage Lester and Fehrenbacher are accused of threatening to beat up two freshmen and touching them on their buttocks.

KATV is waiting to hear back from the prosecuting attorney on the current status of Lester.
