GOV: Arkansas opening vaccinations to all in Phase 1-C

LITTLE ROCK, Ark (KAIT) - Gov. Asa Hutchinson mentioned that the immunization hesitancy of people in rural Arkansas has got to get better.

Hutchinson said as of Tuesday, 10% of Arkansans are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Hutchinson warns that it does not mean you will be able to get a vaccine this week or next week, citing the over 1 million people in Phase 1-C

Dr. Romero talked about misinformation and the struggle to accept the vaccine.

Romero said, “We’re going to beat this because of the vaccine.”
