With a seat on the Senate Finance Committee and some help from Democratic fundraiser's, United States Senator Blanche Lincoln has developed a diverse group of donors to stock her re-election war chest.

Most of the donors come from people in the finance, insurance and real estate industries. They have contributed 320-thousand dollars of her total haul of 2-point-7-4 million dollars. This group of donors also includes some with what are considered more liberal agendas, like trial lawyers and labor unions.

Analysts say Lincoln's group of donors is diverse because of her position on the Finance Committee and the influence of United States Senator Jon Corzine of New Jersey. Corzine is in charge of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, which helps raise funds for its senators from national sources. Corzine worked 25 years in investment banking.
