Police officer charged with domestic abuse

WESTMEMPHIS, AR (KAIT) - A West Memphis police officer has been charged with domestic battery.
According to police, teachers called authorities last week after Phillip Frazier's stepchild came to school with suspicious marks.
Police Chief Donald Oaks says Frazier has been relieved of duty with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
Frazier was arrested on the felony charge Friday.
