Drugs and gun found in Marmaduke home raid

MARMADUKE, AR (KAIT) - A Greene County man was arrested following a raid at his home in Marmaduke.
Marmaduke Police Chief Steve Franks said in a statement Monday that Kyle Myatt, 22, was arrested as part of the investigation.
Franks stated Marmaduke police raided Myatt's home at 105 W. Mill St. after securing a search warrant. Police had received information Myatt had been selling drugs out of the home.
Meth and marijuana were purchased through a confidential informant during the investigation, Franks said.
Franks also said Myatt had a loaded .380 caliber pistol in reach of his children.
Myatt's property was searched and he was taken into custody without incident.
He faces several charges including 2 counts of delivery of meth; delivery of drugs within 1,000 feet of a church or school bus stop; and possession of meth, plus 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Myatt was taken to the Greene County Jail and posted a $100,000 bond on March 22. He is expected to appear in court on April 29.
