Rice Pudding

2 C Cooked Rice
2 C Skim milk
1/3 C Sugar
1 T Margarine
1/2 t. Vanilla
1/4 C Raisins

Place cooked rice, milk, sugar, margarine and raisins in a saucepan.  Place saucepan over medium heat.   Cook 20 to 30 minutes, (without cover) or until thickened, stirring often.   Remove from heat.  Stir in vanilla.  Pour into casserole dish.   Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Refrigerate leftover pudding.
