MIAMI - Hurricane Rita is now a Category-Four storm, but forecasters say it's expected to remain an "extremely dangerous" one.  Its winds have diminished to about 150 miles an hour.  Earlier, it was a Category-Five, with winds as high as 175 miles an hour.  It's still more than 400 miles southeast of Galveston, Texas.  Landfall is expected late tomorrow or Saturday.
