in St. Louis has been deported to Mexico, and will NOT be allowed

Velazquez says she is devastated by her deportation.
She was first ordered to leave the country in 2000, but had
stayed in the U-S while making a series of appeals.

Talent and Democratic House members William Lacy Clay Junior and
Russ Carnahan would help her remain in the country.
