LITTLE ROCK (AP) _ Retail gas prices in Arkansas jumped another

7 cents this week, returning to levels near the record-high mark

after Hurricane Katrina.

was two dollars and 82 cents per gallon, according to the Triple-A.

The price was nearly 40 cents higher than one month ago and almost
