JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - The Jonesboro Police Department is seeking the public’s help with an unsolved homicide that occurred about seven years ago.

Around 9 pm on November 29, 2017 JPD officers responded to 2800 Summit Cove for a shots heard call.

There, they discovered the front door wide open and a person slumped over on a couch.

That person was identified as 53-year-old Roderic Corbin, better known as “Hot Rod”.

No signs of struggle were evident in the residence.

An eye witness to the event stated they saw two males dressed in all run from the residence north towards Race Street.

Alfonso (Olvera) Hernandez has a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Jonesboro. His Failure to Appear Warrant is for not showing back up to court with a valid Driver License as ordered by the judge.(JPD)
