Kennett’s Reese Robinett had 3-run 2B as #22 Arkansas beat Little Rock

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KAIT) - A Region 8 Razorback continues a milestone season on the diamond.

Reese Robinett had a three-run double in the 6th inning, #22 Arkansas beat Little Rock 7-0 last night. The Kennett native has a career high 18 RBI this season.

“You know, I was getting into the box. There was one out, bases loaded, so I was like see something fat over the plate early, and hit it hard, try to score some runs,” Robinett said in the postgame press conference. “It felt good, especially scoring 3 runs in one swing. The comfort, you kinda relax and breathe a little bit.”

#22 Arkansas hits the road this weekend. They’ll play at #8 Alabama Friday at 6:00pm, Saturday at 4:00pm, and Sunday at 1:00pm. Saturday’s game will be televised on SEC Network, the other two matchups will be streamed on SEC Network+.
