Letona man killed in crash with tractor-trailer

SEARCY, Ark. (KAIT) - A Letona man died Wednesday afternoon in a crash in Searcy, Arkansas State Police (ASP) said.

Jeffrey Neal Davis died in the crash at 1010 East Booth Road in Searcy at 1 p.m. April 8, according to the ASP’s preliminary crash report.

A 1995 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, eastbound on East Booth Road, was turning left out of a parking lot when Davis’s westbound 2020 Ford Edge struck the Peterbilt.

ASP said the weather was clear and the roads were dry at the time of the crash.

Davis’s next of kin have been notified.
