BUFFALO TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPXI) – A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to demolish his house while his family was inside.

Police said Erik Pierswza got into an argument with his wife after he arrived at the house in Buffalo Township on Tuesday.

Pierswza’s wife told police they were in the process of separating.

According to the criminal complaint, Pierswza shouted, “If it’s over, I’ll tear the house down.”

Pierswza then allegedly climbed into the excavator and began demolishing the home while his wife and two children were inside, police said.
