Man accused of rubbing buttocks on cop car back behind bars

An Oklahoma man arrested last week after police say he rubbed his buttocks on an officer's car must have liked the treatment he received at the Craighead County Detention Center.
Less than 72 hours after he was released from jail, Blaine M. Butcher,33, of Tulsa was back behind bars Monday morning.
