RB Jacob Walker (North Greenville)
- He had 108 carries for 569 yards and 6 touchdowns last season for North Greenville. Walker landed on the All Gulf South Conference 2nd Team. The South Carolina native had a pair of 100 yard performances. He had 6 scores for the Trailblazers in the final 6 games of 2024.
OL Aiden Kehm (Nevada)
- The Oregon native is 6 foot 6 and 320 pounds. Kehm didn’t play a game for the Wolfpack in 2024 and redshirted. He was selected to the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl.
- The Texas native played in 3 games for the Rebels in 2024. He had 1 reception for 34 yards in the Gator Bowl. Smart played in 22 games for North Texas from 2022-2023. He had 40 receptions for 561 yards and 2 touchdowns. Smart led UT Permian Basin in receiving in 2021, he had 45 catches for 587 yards and 8 TD.
WR Quan Lee (Florida A&M)
- The Florida native played in 16 games for the Rattlers over the last 2 seasons. Lee had 27 receptions for 310 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2024. He also had 3 carries for 22 yards.
WR Aaron Blancas (Idaho State)
- The California native played in 23 games for the Bengals over the last 2 seasons. He recorded 17 catches for 173 yards and 2 touchdowns. Blancas also returned 19 punts for 178 yards, along with 4 kickoffs for 69 yards.
TE Zach Person (Northern Michigan)
- Played in 8 games for Wildcats over the last 2 seasons. Recorded 3 receptions for 39 yards. Began collegiate career at Toledo, redshirted in 2022.
QB Jax Brown (Sam Houston State)
- The Texas native participated in 2025 spring practice with the Bearkats. Brown threw for over 3,000 yards, 33 TD as Pflugerville Weiss won a district championship
- The Georgia native didn’t play for the Green Wave in the 2024 season. Fortson began his collegiate career at Georgia Tech, playing in one game in 2023. Three years of eligibility. He was a three-star prospect out of high school and ranked as the #7 center in the nation by Rivals in the 2023 recruiting class.
OL Adam Hickerson (Gardner-Webb)
- The Tennessee native is 6′3″, 305 pounds, and has two years of eligibility. Hickerson participated in 2025 Gardner-Webb spring practice before entering the portal. He began his collegiate career at Sewanee, playing in 25 games from 2022 to 2024.
LB Devyn Curtis (Middle Tennessee)
- The Nashville native played in 37 games for the Blue Raiders over the last 5 seasons. Curtis recorded a total of 138 tackles, 6.5 TFL, 2.5 sacks, 5 pass deflections, 1 forced fumble, and 2 fumble recoveries. He earned Freshman All-American honors in 2022 and was named to the Conference USA Preseason Watch List in 2023. The grad transfer has two years of eligibility.
OL Zuri Madison (Arkansas)
- The Kentucky native redshirted in the 2024 season. He’s 6 foot 3 and 305 pounds. Madison was rated as a 3-star high school prospect overall and a top 35 OL prospect in the nation by 247Sports. He visited A-State, Tulane, and Toledo after entering the transfer portal.
LB Daniel Demery (Ole Miss)
- The Texas native appeared in 6 games for the Rebels in the 2024 season, primarily on special teams. Demery was a three-star prospect coming out of high school, had offers from SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, AAC, and FCS schools.
DT Quincy Wright (North Texas / Sam Houston State)
- The Texas native was in 2025 spring practice with North Texas before entering the portal. Wright played in 13 games for Sam Houston State in the 2024 season. He recorded 14 tackles, 2 pass deflections, and 1 QB hurry. Wright began his collegiate career at Oregon State, recording a tackle in the 2023 Sun Bowl.
DB BJ Wagner (Delaware State)
- The Florida native played in 12 games for the Hornets in the 2024 season. Wagner recorded 65 tackles, 8 pass deflections, 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble. He racked up 13 tackles vs. Howard.
DT Gavin Ransaw (Coastal Carolina)
- The Alabama native played in 12 games for the Chanticleers in the 2024 season. Ransaw recorded 29 tackles, 2 tackles for a loss, 1 sack, and 1 pass deflection. He had 5 tackle performances in a pair of Sun Belt games. Ransaw had 4 stops against Virginia.
WR Jaylen Bonelli (Wagner sophomore)
- The Miami, Florida native had 90 receptions for 1,359 yards and 9 touchdowns over the last 2 seasons. He earned NEC Rookie of the Year honors in 2023 along with FCS Freshman All-American accolades.
P/K Jackson Waller (SMU redshirt freshman)
- The Texas native was rated as a 5-star punter and a 4-star kicker coming out of high school by Kohl’s. Waller redshirted his freshman season at SMU.
DT Chris Boti (Liberty grad transfer)
- The Maryland native played in 30 games for the Flames over the last 3 seasons, recording 63 tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks, and 1 forced fumble. Boti had the most production in 2024, tallying 36 tackles, 0.5 tackles for a loss, 0.5 sack, and 1 forced fumble. He had 7 stops in a matchup against Kennesaw State, along with racking up 6 tackles in the 2025 Bahamas Bowl.
LB Javante Mackey (Memphis redshirt sophomore)
- Didn’t play for the Tigers in the 2024 season due to injury. Memphis native returns to Red Wolves, he was 2nd on the team with 84 tackles in 2023. Redshirt freshman has 7 tackles for a loss, 2 sacks, 2 QB hurries, 1 pass breakup, and 1 fumble recovery. Mackey returned a fumble 16 yards for a touchdown in a win over Louisiana. He was a semifinalist for the Shaun Alexander Award (national freshman of the year). Mackey was also named to The Athletic Freshman All-America team.
LB Noland Asberry (Alabama)
- The Alabama native played in 1 game in the 2024 season. He was named one of the scout players of the week by the Alabama coaching staff for his efforts leading up to the USF & Oklahoma games.
OL Kobe Williams (Memphis redshirt freshman)
- The Mississippi native redshirted in the 2024 season. Williams was a consensus three-star recruit coming out of high school.
DB Cedric Franklin II (Georgia Tech Redshirt Freshman)
- Cedric played at Georgia Tech last season where he appeared in one game before being red-shirted.He was a 3 star prospect coming out of high school, making 61 tackles with an interception, seven pass breakups in his final two prep seasons.
