Victim identified in house fire, man arrested
FULTON COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - A 40-year-old man is in custody after investigators say a woman’s body was found with suspicious injuries in a burning home in the Glencoe area.
On May 28, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a structure fire call at the 500 block of Vista Oak Trail in the Glencoe area. The sheriff’s office said the caller reported a person was still inside the burning home.
After clearing the smoke from the area, the coroner arrived once crews found the body of 33-year-old Breianna Albee.
“During the initial examination of Breianna’s body, there were injuries located on and about her head that were not consistent with fire damage,” Fulton County Sheriff Jake Smith said in a news release. “There were no plausible explanation as to how the injuries could have been sustained accidentally.”
Smith said witnesses told investigators 40-year-old Daniel Milde was present at the scene and had been in the house with Albee all morning.

Deputies arrested Milde and took him to the Fulton County jail.
Milde is currently held on an investigation hold.
“A warrant for first-degree murder, arson and abuse of a corpse is pending,” Smith said. “Additional charges may follow.”
