Lowe’s holds first responders event

PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) - Lowe’s in Paragould held their annual first responders’ event on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Different departments in Paragould came to the event out and let the community see different vehicles, including a helicopter.

Witt House Food Pantry was also there and gave out information to the community.

“We are proud to be here with the first responders. The fire department helps us unload food,” John Shepard with Witt House Food Pantry said.

“The main reason we’re here is to give people some information of what we do. So many people don’t have a clue how many people in Greene County need a box of food,” he said.

In addition to the first responders and the food pantry, there was also a kid’s clinic and snow cones at the event.
