PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) - Baptist Memorial Health Care will host a news conference in Paragould on Friday about its merger with Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

The conference will begin at 10 a.m. in the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center auditorium, 900 W. Kingshighway.

The health care entities announced plans to merge with the signing of a shared mission statement in April 2025.
