Two-vehicle crash on Highway 49, entrapment with injuries

BROOKLAND, Ark. (KAIT) - Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash with entrapment on Highway 49.

According to E-911 dispatch, the crash happened on Highway 49 in front of Jordan’s Kwik Stop #41 just after 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6.

The scene was cleared around 9 p.m.

Dispatch said the collision led to vehicle entrapment, but the driver and passenger have now been freed. The couple was injured, and were transported to a local area hospital.
