Micah Stevens
Meteorologist

Micah is a Missouri native from Columbia, Missouri. He moved to Jonesboro after graduating from the University of Missouri, where he graduated with an atmospheric science degree and a geography minor.
At Mizzou, he spent time working as a weathercaster at the local NBC affiliate KOMU 8. He covered a wide range of impactful weather events, from the blizzard in early January 2025 to the tornadoes during the spring of 2025, Micah has truly experienced the brunt of impactful weather.
During Micah’s free time he loves to spend time outdoors, you may find him hiking at Crowley's Ridge State Park or other parks and trails in the area. He is also a huge Missouri sports fan and loves to watch and attend sporting events, from the Cardinals to the Chiefs and plenty of Mizzou games in between. He looks forward to taking in plenty of Red Wolves action as well.
Micah is excited to be at KAIT and looks forward to growing a relationship with the communities in Region 8.
